"Memory Assessment Clinic"

About: Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust / Memory assessment service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Long time before scan results were available. Spoke to a different person every time I called and was told someone would call me but didn't always.

I was told slowness of scan results was 'political' and have issues - obviously not resolved.

However after speaking to Linda Dickens - who was really lovely, helpful and understanding, I was offered an appointment for today.
