Dear Sir/Madam, i stayed on ward one from 6th mar 2014-28th mar 2104 and would like to thank every single member of staff, they were fantastic, my care was second to none and the lovely nurses got me through a avery tough time. Prior to being in ward one i was in HDU and they were marvellous too. The food was excellent aswell in fact i put on weight whilst there!!! Please thank all the staff for me on these wards, i would highly recommend frenchay for its neurosciences excellence Mrs Gill Allen, in for spinal surgery.

I was pleased to learn that your experience was so positive in every respect, and it is good to know the care provided was marvellous. If possible, we hope that patients’ experience will be enhanced by the move to the new facilities for Orthopaedic Services housed in the Brunel Building at Southmead when this opens next month.
