"Emergency admission"

I was taken into A&E with chest pains, the paramedic arrived within minutes followed by the ambulance. From A&E I was transferred to the EA Unit ward where I spent 5 days. The care I received was brilliant. All the Doctors and Nurses where fantastic and very caring I cannot fault any the treatment I received. Only one small gripe I was not given a discharge letter when I left and my GP didn't get one either.
