"Excellent Caring Service"

Albeit after a long wait I had an Angiogram at Worthing Hospital in the Cardiology Cat Lab yesterday. The staff are a credit to the hospital . They took the time to ensure that all patients are put at their ease and kept informed throughout the process. Even though there were problems due to IT failure , reducing the available theatres from 2 to 1 which involved a delay totally beyond their control they made sure that we were kept fully informed and able to remain relaxed notwithstanding the problems. Even though the facilities are in the old part of the hospital they had been brought up to date, were spotlessly clean and bright and airy. It is such a shame that much of the hospital has not yet been brought up to this standard The service is as good as any we have had in the private sector.
