Both the Physios and reception at the Walking School (leg amputee physio clinic) were very supportive during my lengthy treatment, and were very quick to involve other depts. (vascular & dermatolygy) regarding the issues with my stump. Once I got my prosthesis there guidance helped me make swift progress, at least whilst my stump was OK. I almost sorry to have been discharged from the Wed/Fri morning sessions as both staff and fellow patients made it enjoyable as well as informative - and tiring. The ambulance & volunteer amblance car drivers were all frindly and helpful, sadly the planning support behind them was often woeful. Next question is not suitable for regular outpatient visit such as mine - date given is for final session, they started in Sept '13 ! Plus Physiotherapy is not listed as a Department and there is no "Other" option !!! As I came to them via Vascular following a leg amputation I've shown this instead.
