"Broken nose"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

I visited the hospital today with my 12 year old daughter. On arrival we were told our appointment hadn't been made as our doctor had informed us! But that was fine they said they would book us in and we my have to wait a little longer. We were seen after hardly any wait and the nursing staff helped my daughter relax and told her how brave she had been. The doctor was also reassuring and explained that he would like to repair it. The took us to a side area and anethetised the nose and manipulated it. During the whole process the staff were totally caring, professional and above all engaged with us and made us feel very special. Hopefully all now repaired and very pleased with the whole process.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you were treated in a manner in which you would expect to be treated and that the staff put you and your daughter at ease and reassured her. We shall pass on your comments to the staff and thank you.
