What I liked

The surgeon had an excellent manner which put me at ease. He and the nurse made a great team - one slighlty cajoling, the other exceptionally kind.

What could be improved

The follow-up appointment I was requested to attend. The consultant asked me why I was there!

We were pleased that you were satisfied with the care you received from the surgeon and nurse who cared for you. However, we were sorry to learn of administrative problems when you were seen as an outpatient.
