"Second appointment cancelled"

About: Montagu Hospital

Upon arrival after spending £8 in a taxi to get here I get told my appointment was cancelled the day before this isn't the first time it's happened either. I aslo got informed last time I called to rearrange and appointment it went down as a DNA (did not attend) although I actually called a week prior to my appointment on 3 occasions and left 3 messages and didn't receive a call back until a day after my appointment. Yet it's still logged as my fault so far this hospital has cost me £32 in travel costs that I did not need to spend no wonder the NHS is hemorrhaging so much money when it takes them nearly 2 weeks to reply to a answer phone message then blame the patient for not attending.
