9 year old daughter injured right hand waited 45 mins for Triage got a guy who said need an x ray come back tomorrow morning at 8.30 (we were there at 6pm) he said think of us like your doctor would you phone him at 6.20 for an appointment when he closes at 6.30 they close at 9. Shocking service and we ended up at A&E where we had xray and plastered up thanks for your help!
