"Very understanding staff-Ocelot"

I visited Ocelot ward after receiving the sad news we had lost our baby. I was treated with compassion and respect by all staff and they really made me feel at ease. I didn't feel at all rushed and felt they had real empathy with my situation. They helped make a terrible situation a little easier to deal with.
