"treatment ok aftercare ?"

i attended the hospital in january for a wrist opperation wasnt too keen on the day case aspect as a lot of waiting in a not too pleasant waitng area then stuck in a cold cubicle for an hour but the surgery went fine.its then the wait for the follow up appointment that duly arrived only to be cancelled with two days notice and trying to find out why is a mammoth task.anyone out there who has then tried to make a complaint lets just say god forbid your elderly or suffering from a terminal condition as you may not be about for the reply,this has been a problem at sunderland royal for years and never seems to get any better and you just seem to have to suck it up as being part and parcel of nhs in sunderland.
