"Fantastic Service"

Had an appointment this morning (4th April) and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Car parking easy and then upon entry staff guided me to the X-ray department where I was warmly greated and entered into the system for appointments. I took a seat and waited for only a few moments then was called through to change and then have an ultra sound scan. Both the person operating the scanner and the nurse assisting were very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and made it clear nothing was too much trouble to enusre I was comfortable and understood what was happening all the wat through the appointment. Particularly liked the way the room dims and there are subtle green lights moving around the ceiling to distract ones mind from the procedure taking place. Thanks again for a great service.
