"personal opinion"

although my mother has only been here for a number of days, i feel that the staff are very friendly and accommodating. as far as patients wearing dirty clothes following on from the previous review, i find this to be quite the opposite as my mother has a change of clothing daily. we had a meeting with the consultant yesterday and i must say that as a family our issues were addressed in an inclusive way making us feel valued as family members, and our concerns were taked into consideration in any decicions made.
