Had a hip replacement at the beginning of march Everything going well Thorogood staff were lovely and couldn't Do enough for patients Only criticism could do with more inpatient Physio

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and for your compliments regarding our team on Thorogood ward, which has been shared with the team. The team were pleased to hear that in the main you had a positive experience and that their dedication was reflected in the care you received. We have also shared your comments about inpatient Physiotherapy with the Physiotherapy Manager. Following surgery, patients receive twice daily physiotherapy until discharge in order to facilitate their rehabilitation although there are exceptions.
