"Excellent service from arrival to discharge."

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

Attended the 'walk in' centre with my granddaughter who had sustained a chemical injury to her eye. She is only 2 years old. The staff on duty were excellent and also very professional. She was treated swiftly and referred on to Eye Clinic who were also wonderful. The service from start to finish was extremely good.

Our staff work hard to try to ensure that a patient’s experience whilst at the hospital is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and they are always considerably heartened and motivated on learning how much their efforts have been appreciated. We have passed your kind sentiments to staff in our Eye Department. Whilst the Walk-in Centre is located on Arrowe Park Hospital grounds, we do not run or manage the centre.
