I came through A&E with a swollen face due to a dental assess. Staff in A&E were extremely efficient, friendly, very respectful and communications were great in terms of what was wrong with me and what was happening next. Again everyone on MFU ward 29 was great, the abscess was drained without any pain. After the swelling went down and I was back to my normal self a couple of doctors took the time out to give me some very useful advice and information on going forward with my dental treatment in regards to preventing abscess recurring. This was my first ever stay in hospital and I thought the treatment and advice I received was great. In both A&E and Ward 29 the hospital is extremely clean, staff worked well together and clearly communicated with each other so that I got the best possible treatment, I was involvement in all the decisions regarding my treatment and was treated with lots of respect and dignity. Overall fantastic experience!
"Great experience in A&E and Ward 29"
