See below "I am contacting you to pass on my thanks to both these departments which dealt with me on Weds 19th March and Monday 24th March respectively. I do not live in the area but was dealt with ,with the minimum amount of fuss. All staff ,medical and admin were pleasant and efficient and I was treated expeditiously. Impressed. Thank you.
