What a pleasant consultant

I've seen Mr Boyd in the past for surgery and he is probably one of the most pleasant consultants at the hospital and some other doctors could learn from him that good manners cost nothing. I was pleased to actually see he still worked in the dept as he knows about the previous problems with my feet so I feel assured for upcoming surgery. thankyou to the whole dept for a caring experience.
