About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I slipped on my bathroom floor and had difficulties getting up. Mike, the paramedic who visited, came to help me and was very kind.

I’d like to thank him very much. I’m alright now.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am glad to hear you are feeling much better.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
