I delivered a baby boy who needed SCBU.
The neonatal care
What could be improved
Respnose to buzzer on maternity ward - Sometimes no response at all.
Patient involvement in decisions about care.
Checking on patients in private rooms - was left alone 23 out of 24 hours a day.
Shouldn't have to leave your baby to eat - was sometimes unable to get to eat as baby feeding and nobody checked to see if you had eaten.
