"Ankle injury"

I saw the triag last night, she was very rude to both me and my parent, then waited another hour to see the gp, both the triag and gp was very rude, little comunication and more bothered about were the crutches i had came from, i got sent for an xray, the xray team was lovely xrayed my ankle and sent me back after anothet hour wait i got called in to a ''Its not broken, so we will have the crutches back'' that was it, nothing else was said and they sent me home, im now in severe agony and cannot walk, extremely upset about the way i was treated, was this because i was there quite late and they was just not bothered to treat my ankle, either way not on. And matter are being taken further.
