"ambulance sirens too loud inappropriate place"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

I was walking out of the hospital on a quiet street at 12.20 pm today Gastein Rd, near the hospital and an ambulance was driving very slowly appropriate for a quiet street, but the driver put the siren on for a short blast and it was too loud. It was designed to shock people - a prank as when I looked in the window both the driver and the co-driver were laughing. There was no need for a siren, it was a prank.
