In my experience, Sunderland hospital heart unit did not meet my basic needs as a patient. There was no water on table, and then the table was dirty anyway. I found the staff were very unfriendly. While I was there, I also asked about my eye, as it was all blood shot, and I had no feeling in my leg. I was just to to see my GP. I think this is shameful.
