What I liked

Friendly and helpful A&E doctors.

What could be improved

Cleanliness - there was a large cockroach in the waiting area of the Fracture Clinic. 15 minutes after its arrival and there was still no sign of cleaners or pest controllers. Staff morale - nurse in A&E complained about colleagues and pay. Nurse in Plaster Room was unfriendly and brusque. Dr in Fracture Clinic complained about NHS computer system.

Anything else?

Nurse in A&E changed Dr's written instructions without consulting the Dr even though the nurse admitted he had not seen my x-ray or notes.
