"The trees outside the hopsital."

About: Central Middlesex Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The trees outside the hopsital.

What could be improved

Everything. The hospital toilets had used sanitary towels stuck on the wall. There was used bed pans which had not been emptied in the toilet. The staff are unhelpful and even when I called in to check on my partners surgery they responded by telling me that I had to wait until tomorrow and that they would not have brought him to a ward if he was not.

Anything else?

They have spent 80+ million on the hosital look, but 0 on the staff, care and consideration which is needed. They need to remember that the patient counts, we are who you are looking after and pays your wages!
