I was provided with a tablet in a small open container, it was on my bedside table, a member of staff picked up the container to dispose of it not knowing the tablet was still in there. The tablet came out and bounced and rolled on the ward floor, she quickly picked it up and put it back into the container for me to take. I didn't take it.
