"Very positive experience of maternity care at..."

I have just given birth to my third child at Queens Hospital and was very impressed with the high level of care provided to me, my baby and my family while I was there.The staff I came across in Triage, the labour ward and Coral ward were excellent and very attentive and considerate to our needs. I previously gave birth at Queens Hospital in 2009 and 2011, and the improvements in levels of care and support given to mothers and newborns since then are noticeable. The staff were kind and helpful staff and reassured me of their presence.
