Nothing, i am appalled with the treatment of my mother . I have had no usefull communication, when i have it has been wrong.
What could be improved
i am appalled with the treatment of my mother . I have had no usefull communication, when i have it has been wrong.The drug cabinet was left unlocked in the middle of an already overcrowded ward for 1 hour. I think some of the nurses need to reassess what the definition of nurse is. Bed linen was dirty , i had to demand that someone attended to my mother.
Anything else?
Remember its the National Health SERVICE and a primary CARE trust - with no service and little care
