What I liked

I was welcomed onto the ward by staff who gave me detailed instructions and help for which I found very professional and friendly.

What could be improved

After my operation I was monitored but not informed of any meal times etc and when asked about my possible release time I was not given any positive answers by staff so had to make my own assumptions as I was relying on my daughter to travel over 50 miles away to collect me

Anything else?

I cannot critisize my medical care whilst staying at the hospital as it was 1st class however my frustration of asking some simple questions and not getting constructive answers was a little stressful
