"Very positive experience in imaging department"

I had a CT scan today and want to heap praise on the imaging department at the Royal Free. I doubt my experience could have been better anywhere, NHS or private. My appointment was at 8.30 and I expected a long wait - I came prepared! But I arrived early and to my surprise was taken in straight away. The radiographer was kind and relaxed, and put me at my ease. Every step was explained fully and carried out with great care. I was treated respectfully and professionally throughout the procedure. The whole department was squeaky clean and had a calm, unhurried atmosphere. Many thanks for a 5* service and well done Royal Free! Imaging does not appear on the list of departments, so have had to put 'Don't know', which seems a shame!
