"excellent care on M2"

I have recently had surgery for a l5 s1 disk, from start, going from outpatients to my operation (6 days later) and my stay overnight on M2 ward all I can say is the care was more than excellent, professional, caring and nice ward.All nurses and doctors introduced themselves and were friendly and explained everything to me , the ward doctor came around often and spent time talking and making you feel at ease , my nurses were brilliant and were round often to check on you not you having to chase them up.Two particular members of staff who did obs etc were also very friendly.The ward has a lovely atmoshere and the food was also very good.After having spent time in my local hospital which was the opposite of this one I would tavel the extra 30 mins it takes to use this hospital again.well done Salford royal and everyone on m2 .
