"Barbaric"

My husband and I were recipients of the 'care' of the Haywood Walk in Center Jan 2012. We were treated with more disrespect and unprofessional behaviour than I have ever experienced. The whole experience was truly horrifying. It took over 18 months to recover from flash-backs. 6 months after the ordeal I contacted PALS and asked them to record the call as I knew I couldn't go through it a second time. At the end of the call when she then informed me that for it to proceed I would have to write it all down I hung up and gave up. Not even PALS listen to you at the Hayward.
