What I liked
My father was admitted to A&E on 25th Nov, almost 90 yrs old and close to death. His last moments were greatly eased by the careful, caring, discreet and professional attitude of all the staff in A&E. There were 4 of us with him as he died and we all appreciated the support we were given at that distressing time.
What could be improved
