A young woman called Charlie treated my husband today. He’s been to this clinic 3 or 4 times now, always seen on time. The staff make him feel very comfortable and advise him on the treatment that he needs.
Charlie is very good at her job and is very considerate – she always tries to make sure the appointments fit in with our routine and travel arrangements. She is very accommodating.
