What I liked
One nurse in particular made me feel like I had choices in my care, especially as I was kept in over my birthday! The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
What could be improved
The odd member of staff was very rude and disrespectful. Patients are not there out of choice generally and should not be made to feel like an inconvienence.
Anything else?
Very good level of care, especially as the hospital was experiencing a major bed shortage. Well done NGH!
