About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Have been visiting my Dad for two weeks, he is on the fourth floor, during this time only one lift has been working, it can take over 30 minutes to get up or down, We are not allowed to use the stairs, the attitude is :Tough: Shocking.

Thank you for your comment. I am sorry that you experienced difficulty reaching your father on the fourth floor when you visited our hospital. The broken down lift needed a hard to acquire part, which has now been fixed.
