I attended a 20 week scan today (for my 2nd child) and I was highly disappointed with the service and care I received. My appointment was 9.40am. I attended on time and finally had my scan at 10.52, after twice being told I was next on the list. I do not understand how you can be running so late so early in the day. I also had my 16 month old daughter with me who was tired and hungry. The lady who did my scan was very uncommunicative and hardly spoke and didn't make us feel comfortable or confident that everything was ok. We were then presented with some very poor photos for which we were expected to pay for. The 12 week pictures were clearer. I then had to wait a further hour and a quarter for my shared care consultant appointment. I was there for nearly 3 hours for 10 minutes worth of appointments. Overall not a very disappointing experience. Kind regards, Jenny
