(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We are very grateful for the help and support we have received from Rob Scott and Donna Richardson of the Falls Service. We were unaware of this service prior to my husband of 81 years of age breaking his hip after suffering a stroke and wondered how on earth he would ever be mobile again enough to get out of the house.

Thanks to the practical help and advice given by Rob and Donna in their kind and caring ways we can now go out together and live a life fuller than we had thought possible. This service is a wonderful thing.
