What I liked

Just received my next appointment for ongoing treatment. The letter gave me two working days notice, did not explain what the treatment was for or whom I would be seeing. If I cancel this one and then the next(presumably also with 2 says notice) I would be refused treatment. PATHETIC

What could be improved

Try being service orientated. We are paying for this.

Anything else?

New appointment system is hugs step backwards - a disaster.
