I have had two appointments at the clinic, one in December 2013 and the second on the 25th March 2014. On both occasions I was seen by Mr Basu and members of his team.

Mr Basu could not have been more professional, kind and understanding. During the first appointment, he took a great deal of time to explain, in depth, the reasons for my condition and even took the time to carry out what I would describe as a minor procedure during the consultation. His team were equally helpful and professional and I felt completely at ease throughout both of the appointments.

I would also like to mention that, while going to any hospital is not something to look forward to, visiting Cirencester hospital is not something to dread. I have always found the staff helpful, kind and professional. If one has to go to hospital and there is a choice, Cirencester is the place to go.

My thanks to Mr Basu and his team for the way they are dealing with my condition. You provide a great service of which you should be very proud.
