"There should be separate parking for patients and visitors"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

Referral and appointment arrangements were good. However, options for appointment times not so good as were at times visitors came to see relatives etc, which then makes parking at any hospital extremely difficult.

I think there should be separate parking for patients attending set appointments and visitors, or avoid offering appointments at visiting times.
