The whole process from start to finish felt very controlled and organised. Parking was easy and free! Appointment times were met. Staff were friendly and where appropriate were reassuring.

The staff were flexible enough to meet my individual requirements. Well done to the NHS.

Shame on PRH for charging for parking. If you were a politician, you’d be out of a job.
