"Lady at TRAQS was rude"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I had my letter come through in January. I didn’t really understand it, so called TRAQS. The lady I spoke to seemed so rude and so far from helpful.

I wasn’t going to fill this in as I have done one recently, but I couldn’t believe how she was. I hope this problem gets sorted.
