"I was referred by my optician following eye test"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was referred by my optician following eye test. I therefore did not see my GP.

Thank you for completing the Patient Opinion form.

It is disappointing to note that once your Optician had written to your GP, the Medical Practice failed to fully inform you that your referral would be managed by TRAQS or issue you with our explanatory leaflet which would have given you full information about our service.

Since there is no comment on the service provided by TRAQS, I can only assume that you were satisfied with the way your referral was handled.
