"Kind, caring and efficient"

Brought my partner to a&e with suspected fracture having been referred from Ilkeston. No waiting time (Sunday night) incredibly caring staff from triage, through X-ray and in plaster room. First class care which we cannot fault. A follow up appointment was made for the next morning in fracture clinic and again, no real waiting times, brilliant staff of all grades- hca's , doctors and rgns were all superb. The whole process was like a well oiled machine. The care my partner was given throughout the whole process from a&e to fracture clinic was second to none and made me, as an employee of the Nhs, feel proud of the service I work for.
