This was my second knee replacement and the quality and taste of the food served up still has not got better....some of which looked inedible. and smelt worse. I also found that the level of care given on the nightshift was quite substandard at times. Day staff were brilliant and coudnt fault the care etc. top notch...And overall i cant fault my stay....apart from one incident when leaving... I had asked for hospital transport and the guy who picked me tried to get me into a van type car which was no good. He did go and report it and when taking me back in he decided to try and go at a run over the incline designed for blind people. This didnt work and i thought i was going to fall out. i didnt but it jarred my knee really badly. Not good. Why cant you have an area thats tarmacced for just wheel chairs ???? thanks e. yates
