Think it is ridiculous that you can only make booking every other monday. Receptionist rude and gives little information. When I arrived I could hear other people situations she was discussing on the phone including thier names. Receptionist again rude. Rubbish bag left on surface and floor sweepings empties into it on surface. Needle box left on side whilst cleaner else where.
