Received a letter on 21-03-14 to cancel my appointment for Tues 25th this is the 4th cancellation I have received this year to see the specialist about a knee replacement and the pain it getting worst.

We are sorry to read your comment regarding your appointment being cancelled four times in the General Surgery Department at Fairfield General Hospital. If you wish to discuss your concerns, please contact the Patients Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0161 604 5897 and leave you name and details of the dates you were cancelled. We will also forward your comment to the department manager for her to address.
