"Excellent Experience"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

On Wednesday 19 February 2014, taken by ambulance to A & E following first responder and ambulance response to 999 call. Not only were the staff kind and efficient, but they kept me informed and updated and got me a cuppa! As I was scared and due to go on holiday the next day, the situation was challenging all round. Please give my thanks to all concerned - they won't remember one person from all those they have to treat, but I did go on holiday and continue fine! Lesley Stinton

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. We shall share these with the staff in the emergency department and are pleased that you received a positive patient experience. The ambulance service is not a service that Burton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides.
