"Good service"

My first encounter with this department was having a hearing test. Needed two hearing aids, one of which did not fit my ear very well, so on return was fitted with a different mould which is much better. I have had the aids about fifteen months and last week realised there was a small tear in the tubing of one them. Phone call to the department and was given an appointment the same day and both tubes were changed. The service was very good and I would like to thank them for this
